There are no problems, just solutions is how Randy and Marha Beard, co-owners of Pure Water pools, Inc., approach every project. "Just because it has never been done before does not mean it cannot be successfully accomplished now," states Randy Beard. "We make ideas work, not matter the circumstances."
Inspiration comes from many sources. The Beards' love of architecture, geography and nature are just a few of the muses that are often employed, but it is Randy's unique gift for understanding exactly what a homeowner desires that brings most ideas to life. "It is one of my specialties," Randy relays. "I try to get inside my clients' heads and discover their visions."
The Beards constantly study and master new techniques and illusions because unusual water effects are on many of their clients' lists of must-haves. Randy asserts, however, that even though he incorporates special effects, like negative edges, disappearing perimeter overflows, glass and mosaic tile installations and elaborate fire displays into his designs, no two pools are alike. "Every pool is different, every spillway is different, every color palette is different. I refuse to do the same things twice!" |
